​Final Sale: Once a battery pack or component is purchased, delivered, or dispatched from our facility, the sale is considered final.

​No Refunds: Under no circumstances will any item be eligible for a return or cash refund. Customers are advised to fully inspect and verify the product prior to purchase.

​2. No Exchange Policy

​No Alterations: We do not offer any product exchange services.

​Once a specific battery model, cell capacity (Ah), or configuration is finalized and purchased, it cannot be exchanged or swapped for any other model, brand, or different capacity under any condition.

​3. Absolute Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

​Any limited technical warranty provided at the time of purchase is subject to strict operational compliance and will be rendered instantly void under the following conditions:

​Overloading & Misuse: Any damage resulting from drawing current beyond the specified limits, over-charging, deep-discharging, or improper system integration.

​BMS Tampering: Any unauthorized modification, recalibration, or altering of the Battery Management System (BMS) settings, or opening of the battery pack by a third-party technician.

​Physical & Electrical Damage: Any signs of short-circuits, terminal burn marks, water exposure, or physical structural damage.

​4. Inspection & Testing Disclaimers

​On-Site Verification: Customers are encouraged to thoroughly test and verify the cell voltages and internal resistance (IR) at our workshop before taking possession.

​Final Authority: In the event of any operational dispute, the technical assessment conducted by our facility's diagnostics will be deemed final and binding.

​5. Claim Logistics & Service Timeline

​Processing Period: Should a valid, policy-compliant technical issue arise, the inspection and service process will require a minimum of 10 to 15 working days. No temporary backup battery will be provided during this period.

​Logistics Costs: All transportation, shipping, and handling charges for delivering and retrieving the product for inspection are solely the responsibility of the customer.
